1. What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?
Clean the entire apt, paint, shampoo or replace carpet, make repairs as needed.
2. Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No.
3. Do you have on-site maintenance?
No.
4. An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Work orders can be placed via phone, email or resident portal.
5. What happens if I am locked out?
Any lock outs after office hours need a lock smith called.

Pool, jacuzzi, BBQs, a lot of outdoor seating areas.
3. During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?
8am-10pm.

Refrigerator, stove/ oven, dishwasher, and microwave.
6. Do you offer furnished apartments?
1 furnished studio.

Yes, $400 deposit per pet, $50 pet rent per pet.

Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
23. Which roommates will be held responsible if we don’t make rent?
All roommates.

25. What happens when there’s a maintenance problem in the apartment?
Work orders are placed and completed.

30 day notice and $1500.
